This series of FKM fluorocarbon rubber TC-type oil seals is specifically designed for harsh operating conditions, available in multiple specifications including 15×30×7mm, 22×40×10mm, and 8×22×5mm, to meet the sealing requirements of various equipment. Made from high-purity FKM fluorocarbon rubber material and processed using a special vulcanization process, these seals offer exceptional high and low-temperature resistance, capable of stable operation in environments ranging from -20°C to 200°C, far exceeding the temperature limits of ordinary rubber products.
The product features a black or brown double-lip structure as its core design, with a spiral spring integrated into the main lip to ensure zero leakage at 1.6 MPa pressure. The dust-proof lip effectively blocks dust and impurities, providing dual protection to extend equipment lifespan. It demonstrates outstanding oil resistance and aging resistance, capable of withstanding the corrosion of hydraulic oil, gear oil, and most chemical solvents, maintaining elastic stability during continuous operation.
