TB type oil seal mainly consists of two parts: rubber and metal skeleton.
The rubber part is the core to realize the sealing function, and we choose high-performance rubber materials, such as nitrile rubber (NBR) and fluorine rubber (FKM).
The TB-type oil seal is a perfect blend of sealing technology and practical design. Its metal housing features a compact structure, making installation quick, easy, and secure, and is compatible with a wide range of equipment cavity specifications. The sealing lip is made from high-performance rubber with an optimized design, ensuring uniform contact area when fitted to a rotating shaft, resulting in excellent sealing performance. Additionally, it effectively reduces friction resistance, thereby lowering equipment operational energy consumption. The built-in spring has excellent elasticity and responds sensitively to even minor changes in the shaft, maintaining constant contact between the sealing lip and the shaft. The dust-proof lip features a special design that effectively blocks dust, sand particles, and other contaminants from entering the equipment interior, reducing the risk of component wear and extending the overall service life of the equipment.
