Description
TG4 TYPE:
Outer rubber, inner skeleton, spring in both lips, threaded surface, high friction coefficient, for reciprocating seals, approx. 0.03 MPa.
In terms of structural design, TG4 oil seal adopts a unique double lip structure. The main lip closely fits the rotating shaft, which can accurately and efficiently block oil leakage and ensure the stability of the seal; the secondary lip plays a key role in auxiliary sealing and dustproofing, which can effectively resist the intrusion of dust, impurities and other pollutants from outside and create a clean operating environment for mechanical equipment. At the same time, the oil seal is equipped with a high-strength, high-quality spring, which continuously provides stable and uniform pressure on the lip to ensure that when the shaft vibrates, eccentricity and other complex working conditions, the lip can still be in close contact with the shaft to maintain excellent sealing performance.
