TC Type Automotive Seals Rotary Shaft Oil Seal Gray NBR Rubber Sealing
TC type oil seal is a kind of double-lip oil seal, which contains one main lip and one secondary lip. The steel skeleton is fully wrapped in rubber, rotary seal, used in low pressure, one side with sealing medium and the other side with light dust. Highest pressure 0.03mpa(0.3kgf/cm2).
Our TC-type oil seals are made of high-quality rubber material, which has excellent resistance to abrasion, aging, high and low temperatures. It will not lose sealing performance due to softening at high temperatures, nor will it crack due to hardening at low temperatures. At the same time, the high elasticity of the rubber material enables the oil seal to closely fit the shaft surface, ensuring the sealing effect. In addition, the metal skeleton of the oil seal is made of high-strength alloy steel, and through precise processing technology, the dimensional accuracy and stability of the skeleton are guaranteed, which provides a solid support for the overall performance of the oil seal.
