In terms of material, the TB-type oil seal offers diverse options. Nitrile rubber (NBR) has excellent oil resistance and is suitable for conventional lubrication systems such as automotive transmissions and hydraulic pumps; fluorocarbon rubber (FKM) can withstand high temperatures up to 250°C and strong corrosive media, making it ideal for demanding applications such as chemical equipment and engines.
An embedded metal skeleton enhances the seal's rigidity, ensuring stable installation without deformation; spring self-tightening technology automatically compensates for gaps caused by shaft eccentricity or lip wear, maintaining optimal sealing pressure at all times.
