Industrial Machinery TC Oil Seal FKM Oil Seal Nitrile Rubber Sealer Oil Resistance
Introduction Of TC Type: It has two lips: a main lip and a vice lip. The main lip is mainly used to seal the liquid and prevent it from leaking; the vice lip is used to keep dust, water and other impurities from entering the inside of the machine.
There is usually a spring inside the sealing lip, which can exert a certain radial force on the sealing lip, so that the oil seal is always tightly fitted on the shaft surface during shaft rotation or equipment operation.
The steel skeleton is fully wrapped in rubber, rotary seal, used in low pressure, one side with sealing medium and the other side with light dust. Highest pressure 0.03mpa(0.3kgf/cm2).
TC oil seals are typically used in applications that require medium sealing performance, such as automotive engines, gearboxes and pumps.
According to the different use of media, pressure and temperature, choose a different material. Common materials include: nitrile rubber skeleton oil seals, fluorine rubber skeleton oil seals, silicone skeleton oil seals and so on.
